What type of engine does the Garland XTRIM Keeper 40V 355R-V23 have and what advantages does it provide?
It has a 350 W and 40 V brushless DC electric motor, which reduces internal friction and prolongs its useful life. It combines the freedom of movement of a gasoline trimmer with the low maintenance and ease of use of an electric one.
Are the battery and charger included with this trimmer?
No, neither the battery nor the charger are included in the equipment. The model is compatible with all 2 Ah and 4 Ah batteries from Garland's Keeper 40V range, so you can take advantage of those you already have from other tools in the same series.
What width of cut do you have and what type of head do you use?
Works with a cutting width of 330 mm using nylon wire up to 1.6 mm in diameter. Includes a Tap&Go head as standard and a protector to avoid damaging tree trunks when profiling tree pits.
