Nuestros métodos de pago son los
siguientes:
- Tarjeta de crédito. Puedes
pagar tu pedido a través de la pasarela del Banco Santander integrada en
nuestra web que garantiza la seguridad de tus pagos.
- Paypal. Puedes
pagar de forma rápida y segura usando tu propia cuenta de Paypal.
- Bizum. Puedes pagar tu pedido a través del teléfono móvil mediante la opción de Bizum que nuestra pasarela del Banco Santander ofrece.
- Contra reembolso. Opción sólo habilitada
para España -excepto Canarias- y Portugal, en esta modalidad de pago la agencia
de transporte cobrará a través del repartidor un cargo extra del 6% del importe
en los pedidos superiores a 34€ y un cargo fijo de 2€ en los inferiores a 34€.
Únicamente si has elegido la opción de
pago contra reembolso, deberás abonar el importe del pedido más los gastos
mencionados en el apartado métodos de pago – contra reembolso.
En el resto de las modalidades de pago/envío no hay que pagar nada al transportista.
IMPORTANTE: Para los envíos a zonas que tienen gastos adicionales por aduanas e impuestos, estos deberán ser pagados en destino por el receptor de la mercancía.
Para pedidos de hasta 10Kg. de peso enviamos siempre por agencia express, por lo que entregamos cerca del 100% de estos pedidos
en 24h (días laborables), en épocas de mucha carga de trabajo los pedidos recibidos más tarde de
las 14:00 horas pueden irse a 48h de tiempo de entrega y en pedidos de gran
volumen pueden llegar incluso a 72h puesto que la agencia por la que salen estos pedidos no es urgente.
Para saber el estado de tu pedido solo debes entrar en “mi cuenta” y clicar en “pedidos”. Una vez aquí podrás encontrar tu pedido y ver el estado en el que se encuentra.
Además, en el email de
confirmación de pedido recibirás un enlace de seguimiento para que puedas
saber dónde está tu pedido en todo momento.
Mientras el pedido no
se haya preparado es posible contactar con pedidos@recaball.com para
solicitar la anulación o cambio.
Una vez que el pedido está en preparación
no sería posible su cancelación ni modificación.
IMPORTANTE: nuestro sistema de trabajo se
basa en la agilidad, es por esto por lo que hay muchos pedidos que desde que
son realizados por el cliente hasta que pasan a preparación transcurren solo
unos pocos minutos, por lo que deben asegurarse bien de las referencias
(asegurar versiones de las máquinas) y sus cantidades antes de terminar el
proceso de compra.
Si no te encuentras en casa en el momento de la entrega, el mensajero tratará de ponerse en contacto contigo para asegurar la entrega, siempre que nos hayas dejado tu número de teléfono. Si aun así no es posible la entrega, el propio mensajero dejará una nota de aviso para que contactes con la oficina de mensajería y puedas acordar una segunda entrega.
También tendrás la posibilidad de
recoger el paquete directamente en la delegación del transportista de tu zona.
Puedes entrar en tu área privada de la
web y en la zona de "facturas" podrás encontrarla y descargarla. Otra opción será escribir a administracion@recaball.com solicitándola
con el número de pedido y te la enviaremos por email.

General conditions for warranty extension
• In general, we extend the legal warranties from 3 (three) to 4 (four) years for all products of our brand "GARLAND" purchased in Spain and Portugal.
• For our electric products belonging to the "GARLAND KEEPER" range with interchangeable batteries, purchased in Spain and Portugal, an additional commercial warranty extends the legal one from 3 (three) to 5 (five) years.
• For our gasoline products, belonging to the Garland range, purchased in Spain and Portugal, an additional commercial warranty extends the legal one from 3 (three) to 7 (seven) years, provided an annual maintenance plan has been carried out and registered in the garage. The annual maintenance plan includes an annual check at a service center. Subsequently, the user must upload the receipt of this check to their Garland Garage profile for verification.
• For our electric and battery-powered products (*except for Keeper family products), belonging to the Garland range, there is a RENEWAL PLAN that includes a gift of an official maintenance or protection accessory, along with an additional commercial warranty extending the legal one from 3 (three) to 4 (four) years. At "GARLAND," we track your usage experience for all products in our commercial catalog. Please register your purchase at the following link on our website https://www.garland.es/noticia/ampliacion-garantia-garaje, within an identical period of 60 (sixty) natural days from the date indicated on the invoice or purchase receipt, and we will contact you. We will be delighted to receive all your observations and suggestions about the purchased product, and we will make proposals for new or improved products available in our commercial catalog as of that date.
I have doubts about the warranty of my machine
The warranty for a machine is 3 years. We offer a warranty extension plan for Spain and Portugal, which includes: 4 YEARS WARRANTY: Enter the Garland Garage and register your machine. Just upload the purchase receipt, and you'll get an extra year of warranty. 5 YEARS WARRANTY: If you've just bought a machine from the Keeper family, our range with interchangeable batteries, you can get up to 5 years of warranty. Just register your machine in the Garland Garage and upload the purchase receipt. 7 YEARS WARRANTY: If you've just acquired a Garland gasoline machine, we offer 7 years of warranty. To get this warranty extension, you must upload the purchase receipt. Don't forget your maintenance plan. Have your annual checkup and register it in your profile. RENEWAL PLAN: If you've just replaced your electric or battery-powered machine (excluding Keeper) with a new Garland model, we'll give you an official accessory and an extra 1-year warranty extension. Just register your machine in our Garage and upload a photo of your old machine. *Batteries not included in the warranty plan.
I need to repair a machine
You can check all the official SATs that provide service to the brands we represent. Just go to the top menu "Technical Service" and use the search engine to locate your nearest SAT. You can contact them via the phone or email published in each SAT profile. You can also schedule an appointment to take your machine for repair, and the SAT will be informed in advance of the issue, question, or need by filling out the corresponding form.
How can I place an order?
• Use the search function on our main page by entering the name or part of the name of what you're looking for.
• Navigate through our category menu and choose any subcategory from the dropdown menu to narrow down the search. Once you've added all the items you need to the cart, you can make any desired changes, increase or decrease units, cancel, or even manually add references. Once you've decided on your order, complete the order. If it's your first purchase, fill out the form with all your details to ensure correct delivery. If you're already a registered customer, just click on the "Log in" button, enter your username and password. Select the shipping method and then your preferred payment method. Next, you'll see on the screen that the order has been placed, and you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.
I have a query about an ongoing order.
You can enter your private area on the website, and in the "invoices" section, you can find and download it. Another option is to write to comercial@mcland.es or info@mcland.es, requesting it with the order number, and we'll send it to you by email.
What are the available payment options?
We accept various payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online methods. During the payment process, you can select the option that suits you best.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order directly from our website or by contacting our customer service.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been prepared, you can contact comercial@mcland.es to request cancellation or changes. Once the order is in preparation, it would not be possible to cancel or modify it. IMPORTANT: Our work system is based on agility, so many orders go from customer placement to preparation in just a few minutes. Therefore, please ensure the accuracy of references (ensure machine versions) and quantities before completing the purchase process.
How can I find documentation (spec sheets, manuals, or videos) for a product?
In the product sheet, you'll find a tab called Documentation, where you can download spec sheets, manuals, and watch videos in PDF format. You can also access the documentation search from the main menu, selecting the "Documentation" tab, where you can locate information on current and obsolete machines by filtering by family and model.
