FAQS

What surface can the Garland Foggy Industry 45 cool and how much does it lower the temperature?
It is designed to condition exteriors of up to 300 m² and, according to the sheet, it can lower the ambient temperature by up to 12 ºC through high-pressure misting.
What working pressure and flow rate does the Foggy Industry 45 pump offer?
It works with a nominal and maximum pressure of 60 bar and a flow rate of 180 l/h (approximately 3 l/min). The pump is made of brass with ceramic pistons in an oil bath, which improves cooling and durability in prolonged use.
What does the Foggy Industry 45 kit include to install it?
The box includes the high pressure pump, 20 m of nylon tubing and connector, 45 stainless steel diffusers, 44 straight connectors and one end connector, 3 m of suction tubing, water filter, pressure regulator and assembly tool (tube cutter and pencil sharpener).
How many diffusers does it support at most and how does it prevent dripping between cycles?
It supports up to 52 diffusers in total and has a decompression valve that releases pressure when the equipment stops, preventing the nozzles from dripping. Each diffuser also incorporates an anti-drip valve and individual filter.
What water and electrical connection requirements does this nebulizer need?
It operates at 230 V and 50 Hz with a power of 0.75 kW. It is not self-priming, so it requires a water supply with a maximum inlet pressure of 5 bar. Its IP54 protection allows installation in protected outdoors.
What basic maintenance does the system require to maintain droplet size?
It is advisable to periodically check and clean the external water filter and the individual mesh filters of each nozzle, as well as monitor the level and condition of the crankcase oil (15W-40, 0.04 l). For exact changing and disinfection guidelines, consult the manual included in the sheet.
