What exactly does the Foggy Industry 45 reference include?
The equipment includes the 750 W and 60 bar high pressure pump, 20 m of nylon pipe, 45 stainless steel diffusers, 44 straight connectors and end connector, 3 m of suction pipe, water filter, pressure regulator and the assembly tool, so that the complete installation can be undertaken without additional accessories.
How is it different from the Foggy Industry 30 model?
This version is sized to air condition up to 300 m² compared to the 200 m² of the 30 diffuser model, with a nominal and maximum flow rate of 180 l/h and 45 diffusers included. It is the appropriate option when the surface to be cooled is larger or the misting line is longer.
How many additional diffusers does the pump accept?
The system supports up to 52 diffusers maximum. On top of the 45 included, up to 7 extra diffusers can be added with their compatible connectors and tubing, without exceeding the nominal flow rate of the pump.
What role does the included pressure regulator play?
The regulator allows you to adjust the working pressure of the circuit to keep it stable around the nominal 60 bar. This guarantees a homogeneous drop size in all diffusers and avoids overpressures that would reduce the durability of the installation.
What oil does the pump need and why does it matter?
The pump uses 15W-40 oil with a crankcase volume of 0.04 l. The ceramic pistons in an oil bath work at high pressure for hours, so maintaining the correct level and respecting the change intervals in the manual is key to extending the useful life of the equipment.
How is the installation protected against water particles?
The kit includes an external water filter and each diffuser has its own individual mesh filter, in addition to the anti-drip valve. It is advisable to clean them periodically to maintain the flow rate of 180 l/h and avoid blockages that would affect nebulization.
